Rich people are generous while Poor people are greedy

One
time, I played the Rich Dad Poor Dad Audio Book by Robert Kiyosaki while fixing
my things at home. I'm not the only one in the house so my households was also
able to hear it. I asked how was it? One said he wasn't listening then the
other said, she doesn't agree to the statement that "Rich are generous and
Poor are greedy." She took for example, one of our country's business
tycoons who doesn't pay his employees well. Then I said, "do you really
think that increasing their wages would solve their problem?" Robert
Kiyosaki emphasizes the importance of financial literacy so to solve people's
financial problems. We should note that we have to know the root cause of every
problem in order to solve it. For me, having a small amount of salary is not
the root cause.
Another
thing, Robert Kiyosaki wants to point out something that's why he said
"Rich are generous and Poor are greedy." He wants us to realize
something and it's for you to find out though by reading his book or through
his audio book if you haven't read it. Then I said, "okay, it's true that
some rich people are greedy but there are still some who are generous. And
also, it's better that we view rich people as generous so that aspiring
businessmen/investors who will be our future multi-millionaires/billionaires
will have this kind of mindset, that is rich people are generous."
I told
her that it's better for us to mind our own business first before spending all
of our time criticizing other people so to be more productive. She told me that
we should also think of other people's welfare and not just minding our own
business. So I said that's why I'd like to create passive income. I'd like to
build businesses then hire people then treat these employees well unlike these
business tycoons that she claims to be greedy. She said, "Just because I'm
not a business person, I'm not able to help people?" I just told her that
I have set my goal and I'd like to achieve it. There's a lot of factors to
consider and that includes considering other people's welfare. For me financial
literacy is the solution and that's what I'm doing right now. I help other
people realize how important it is and at the same time, looking for ways to
create passive income.
