Mr. Warren Rafal, popularly known as Coach Warren, is a Businessman, a Volunteer, and a Leader. He came from a humble family in the North part of the Philippines called Ilocos. Grew up in a family of Farmer and OFWs, he passed his Bachelor’s Degree as College Scholar. He is awarded as Most Outstanding Youth Leader of 2008. Warren is also a writer and a blogger.
After learning with his acquired knowledge and expertise as a Licensed Real Estate Broker, he created his Realty Corporation acquiring, developing and marketing Real Estate Property around the Philippines.
Warren is a well sought after speaker in the field of Leadership before finally focused in the field of Business. He is a Coach of Create Abundance International Community teaching other people about wealth and finances thru Wealth Courses, Cashflow 101 and Millionaire Mind Gatherings. He is following the CA2020 Power Investing Plan which is Innovative Franchising, Real Estate Investing and Strategic Investments. He has taught thousands of people about importance of having an asset and passive income here in the Philippines and abroad. He is also a Network Marketing Professional which organization expanded in 7 countries with thousand of distributors.
