DMCI is in need of Sales Manager, Property Consultant and Real Estate Associate.

Qualification:
* Male or Female
* 21 to 35 years old
* Graduate of Any 4-year course(with or without experience)
* College Undergraduate(must have sales working experience)
* With Pleasing Personality

Sales Manager (You need 7 Property Consultant Recruit to qualify) 
= 20,000-50,000 Starting Allowance, 1% Commission & 1,000 Incentives per sale
= Quota is 12 Units in 3 Months
= Progressive and unlimited earning potentials

Property Consultant (Full Time Agent)
= 10,000-28,000 Allowance, 3% Commission & 3,500 Incentives per sale
= Quota is 1 Unit per Month
= Progressive and unlimited earning potentials

Real Estate Associate (Part Time Agent)
= 3% Commission & 3,500 Incentive
= Quota is 1 Unit in 3 Months

Referral Partner 
=Referral Bonus of 1.5%
=No Quota, No Work Load, Just Refer.

Process of Qualification
1. Entrance Exam
Go to our Address. Our Office address is 1323 DMCI Homes Corporate Center, Apolinario Street near Evanelista Street, Baranggay Bangkal, Makati City.
Look for Sir Warren Rafal.
= 1 Hours Written Exam that determine your sales knowledge and decision making
Schedule = 8am-9am Morning batch / 1pm-2pm Afternoon Batch
You need to have an Average - Superior grade before proceeding to the next step.

2. Interview
= 1 Hour Personal Conversation with the Manager, Project Sales Manager & Director
Schedule = Wednesday and Thursday 10am-1pm
You need to prove that you are capable of selling the properties.

3. Training
= 4 Days Seminar with the Sales Training Department.
Schedule = Twice a Month Every Other Week. Monday to Thursday

4. Contract Signing
Requirement:
1. Tax Identification Number Card or Any Proof of Tin
2. SSS Card or Any Proof of SSS
3. NBI Clearance
Upon submission of requirement, start your work.
