How reviews work here
Are these reviews real?
Yes. Every review on this page comes from a real person who either bought a DMCI Homes unit through Warren Rafal, or confirmed ownership of their email address before it was published. Nothing is written in-house, and reviews are never removed for being critical — only for being spam, abusive, or fake.
Do I need an account to leave a review?
No account and no password. If Warren sent you a personal review link, you can post straight away and your review is marked Verified Client. If you came here on your own, you just confirm your email address with one click and your review goes live immediately after.
Can I leave a review anonymously?
Not anonymously, but your full name is never shown. Reviews display as a first name and last initial — for example “Karen C.” — exactly like a Google review. Your email address is never published, never shown to other visitors, and never sold or shared.
What is the difference between Verified Client and Verified Email?
Verified Client means Warren sent that person a one-time review link directly, so he can personally vouch that they are a client of his. Verified Email means the reviewer confirmed their own email address but has not been matched to a transaction. Both are real people; the first is a stronger claim, so it is labelled differently rather than blurred together.
Can Warren delete a bad review?
He can remove spam, abuse, fake submissions and anything containing personal or contact details — and he can publicly reply to any review. A genuine critical review from a real client is not removed. A wall of nothing but five stars tells a buyer far less than a business that answers criticism.
Should I also review Warren on Google?
Please do — it helps more than a review here. Reviews published on a business's own website are not eligible for star ratings in Google search results, but reviews on a Google Business Profile are. After you submit here you will get a one-click link to post the same review to Google.
